We have been assisting Vicdom Sand and Gravel (Ontario) Ltd. with the expansion of their Brock Road Pit and amalgamation of three adjacent aggregate Licences, since 2005. Completed in 2016, the pit expansion included a new Aggregate Licence Application, Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment, and Endangered Species Act permit approvals. This process included extensive consultation with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, the Region of Durham, Conservation Authority, and Township of Uxbridge. 

Our Planners are continuing to assist Vicdom Sand and Gravel with Site Plan Amendments and the development of a new Site Plan for the amalgamation of their three separate Aggregate Licences.
