Bryan Bolivar

Imported from the east coast, Bryan graduated from the Technical University of Nova Scotia and joined Skelton Brumwell in 1998, becoming a Partner in 2010 and Vice President in 2017. Bryan works on various projects from aggregate resources, industrial and residential subdivisions and individual Site Plans (from building lots to large public recreational/ institutional/commercial) projects. 

 

Mr. Bolivar is responsible for working on various municipal engineering projects undertaken by the firm. Specializing in development servicing design, stormwater management, Low Impact Development (LID) design, transportation impact analysis and construction administration.

 

Bryan has been the lead consultant or worked as part of an interdisciplinary team with other consultants to successfully bring together a complex scope of design work. This normally includes approval from outside agencies at the local Municipal, Conservation Authority and Provincial level including both the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF).
