Scott is the son of founding Partner and fellow engineer, G. Denton Brumwell. Since 1987, Scott has worked to create a dedicated professional team of engineers and engineering technologists who have worked to extend the company’s reputation for quality work and achievement for a wide range of private and public sector clients.

 

Scott became a partner in the firm in 1990, and in 2004 his was appointed to Vice President. Scott now leads the company as President. As the head of our engineering sector, Scott has helped Skelton Brumwell & Associates Inc. flourish into a widely recognizable engineering enterprise.

 

As President and Principal Engineer, Mr. Brumwell is responsible for managing civil engineering projects undertaken by the firm.  He specializes in project administration, development servicing design, contract preparation, construction administration, master servicing planning, development cost sharing agreements, expert witness services, stormwater management, transportation impact analysis and Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).
