Senior Planner 

Marissa is a graduate from York University with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Urban and Regional Design. This designation highlights the importance of relationships between people, buildings, cultures and all aspects of the environment.

As a Planner, she has experience in a number of municipal planning projects, including Official Plan Reviews, Zoning By-law Reviews and Community Planning Permit Systems.

Each of these projects have an extensive public consultation component, and each incorporates policy development for rural settlements and waterfront areas. Marissa has provided planning policy research and review and assisted clients in obtaining a variety of planning approvals. More recently, Marissa has been involved in Peer Review Services for multiple municipalities with reviewing a number of planning applications on behalf of the municipality as well as day-to-day interactions with residents.
