Charles F. Burgess | B.Sc., MCIP, RPP
Charles has over 25 years of resource management and planning experience in both the public and private sectors. As a public planner, he Managed planning programs for local conservation authorities in addition to commenting on various policy-oriented documents such as Official Plans and land use proposals including plans of subdivision and condominium. He also helped administer various pieces of legislation and regulations such as the Public Lands Act and Lakes and Rivers Improvement Act when working at the Ministry of Natural Resources.
In the private sector, Charles worked for a major aggregate producer coordinating new pit and quarry proposals and commenting on major planning instruments. He has also appeared before tribunals such as the OMB as a qualified expert in resource management and environmental planning.
Charles is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP), Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI), and is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP).
