Adding Value To Your Enterprise

Whether your business is developing land or constructing buildings for residential, commercial or industrial uses; building schools or places of worship; developing and operating gravel pits and quarries; developing ski resorts, golf clubs or other recreational projects; or review of proposed developments or plans affecting your interests, our business is to add value to that by providing good design, reliable approvals and constructive advice.

Our Mission is to create practical and sustainable solutions for our clients through teamwork and innovation, with integrity and respect for the community and the environment.

We are proud of our 45 years of service to private and public sector clients in Barrie, the Simcoe/Georgian Bay region and throughout Central Ontario. This history is due to the support and confidence extended to us by many individual and corporate clients over a great range of projects over the years.
